How do I report harassment?

We want all ooVoo customers to have fun and feel safe. We do not tolerate behavior that violates our Terms of Use. There are several ways to report harassment, threats or cyber-bullying.

Option 1: We have a built-in feature on PC that allows you to Report Abuse during a video call. To Report Abuse right-click on the video window of the person you want to report and click on Report Abuse. OR select the person from your contact list, click on the drop-down next to their name and select Report Abuse

Option 2: Please contact support by clicking here and provide us with the following information.

1) Your full name

2) Your email address

3) Your ooVoo ID

4) What is the ooVoo ID, Display name or full name of person you are reporting

5) Please give us a description of the violation

If you receive an unwanted invitation be sure to Ignore the request and select to Also Block this person from contacting me again.

Your safety is a priority for us and we will review your information immediately. If the offense violates our Terms of Use we will act accordingly. Reporting an ID or offensive Profile photo doesn't always guarantee it will be removed. It's possible that something could be disagreeable or disturbing to you without meeting the criteria for removal but we will review your report in accordance with our Terms of Use.
