How can I get a receipt for my video plan purchase?

ooVoo receipts are available online in your My Account.

From our website, log into your My Account page.  You will land directly on your Account Info page. Scroll down to Payment History and click on the receipt you want. From this page you can also click on the highlighted order numbers for more detailed receipts.

FYI if you ever want to update your credit card this is also available here; just click on the Billing Profile tab.
