I see my friend in the 'Offline' list instead of the 'Online' list (although I know s/he is online).
- Try to Log out and then Log back in (both of you). Restart your computer or mobile device.
- Make sure your friend's status is not set to Invisible. The status can be changed via the ooVoo menu> change my status option. It can also be changed on the Login window
