Is it possible to direct the recorded video calls to a different folder or drive on my computer?

Yes, it is possible redirect the processed recorded calls to a different hard disc. Please note that during the Recording and while it is Processing, the files will be located on your C drive. 

After the recorded call file has completed processing, it can be transferred to the location you select. At this point, the Temporary Files will be deleted from your C drive. To change the location:

• Click on ooVoo File menu and select Settings
• Click on the Change button that appears in the Location area and select the path to your new drive. Save the changes.
