'Create new ooVoo account' window opens every time running ooVoo

 

  • This problem may occur if you are logged in to your Mac using an account that has no Administrator permissions. In order to avoid this, please make sure you are logging in with an Administrator account.
  • Other Mac feature that may cause this is File Vault. If it's enabled, we recommend disabling it (located under System preferences> Security)
