While trying to sign in I receive message the ID/password is wrong. I forgot my ID and/or Password

To retrieve your ooVoo ID:

1.    Click on 'Forgot your ID/password?' from the sign-in window. The 'Forgot your ID/password' window appears.
Note: If you are signed in, select 'Sign out' from the 'File' menu to open the sign in window.

2.   Enter your Email address in the first field and click OK. If you have more than one ID on your email address please contact Support and we'll send the IDs to you. Click here to contact support to get all your IDs. 

 To retrieve your password:

1.    Click on 'Forgot your ID/password?' from the sign-in window. The 'Forgot your ID/password' window appears.
Note: If you are signed in, select 'Sign out' from the 'File' menu to open the sign in window.

2.    Enter your Email address or ooVoo ID in the correct fields and click OK

 

IMPORTANT: If you do not know the email address used to create the account or made one up, you will need to create a new ID with a valid email address
