How to add video effects to my video

To add video effects to your video message, you can use install and use external video effects programs such as:

1.    Third party programs that includes video effects – if you installed such program on your computer, you can select this program as your video device (click on the small arrow that appears next to the camera icon and select it from the drop down list).

2.    Video effects may also be included with your webcam software. If it is, you can start it from the camera manger utility after the video is displayed.
