Credits purchased but not displayed

First, please restart ooVoo. Your credit balance is displayed in two locations:

1) We are not allowed to display a credit balance directly on the mobile app. You can see your credit balance by clicking here and signing in to your My Account.

2) From PC your credit balance is displayed on your ooVoo interface just below your contact list.
