Forgot your ooVoo ID or Password?

To recover your Password and/or ID:

1.   From the ooVoo sign in page, Click on Forgot your Password or ID?  The 'Forgot your Password' window appears. 

2.    Enter your ooVoo ID or ooVoo email address* and click Send

3.    You should receive your ID and password by email within a few minutes.

* if your email address is assigned to more than one ID you will need to contact support if you don't recall the ID. Click here to contact support and enter a Support Request. 

• Error message saying "'SWFObject' is undefined" appears after signing in to ooVoo.
• My ooVoo signs out occasionally and the application windows are closed (except for the main window).
• I see my friend in the 'Offline' list instead of the 'Online' list (although I know s/he is online).
