What are the minimum requirements for sending and receiving high resolution video?

HR and HD can only be viewed or transmitted from PC or Mac. Mobile users can not send or receive HR/HD video.

The ability to transmit in HR/HD is available when you are in a video call. To access this feature during your video calls, select the Resolution drop-down box, located in the top menu of your video call window, and select the option.

When you send HR or HD, you will see the HR or HD icon appear to let you know your current resolution. The other participant should see this icon as well.

If you have 3 persons or more in a meeting, only one person can send HR/HD at a time.

You can also enlarge standard resolution video windows on your own screen by clicking on them. You can restore them back by clicking on them again.

  • To send or receive HR requires an available bandwidth of at least 384kbps for the upload and 384kbps to download.
