How can I change the recording resolution and/or quality?

To change the recording resolution and/or quality:

• Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Settings’.
• In ‘Settings’ window select Video Calls>Recorded Video
• Select your preferred resolution and/or quality.

This change must be done before your video call begins.

Please note that by increasing the resolution and/or quality, it will also increase the size of the recorded video file.
