ooVoo doesn't use the correct microphone input in my sound card.

To disable automatic detection of the microphone, please perform the following:

·         Enter the Settings window (File --> Settings).

·         Move to the Audio devices tab.

·         Uncheck the 'Automatically detect my microphone' checkbox.

·         Select the correct microphone input in your sound card application.

·         Test the microphone.

·         Save your changes.

In case you are still experiencing a problem with your mic., please open a support request and include your sound card information.
