Can I control the bandwidth used for my video?

Yes, you can control the upload bandwidth used to send your video during a live video call or recorded video message.

From the ooVoo program select File>Settings>Audio and Video>Video Quality.   Please note that the video quality parameters cannot be changed during a video call or when recording a video message.
