How do I deactivate my account on my mobile device?

To deactivate your account, you should remove all personal details. This way no one can search for you using personal information:

  1. Sign in to your ooVoo account on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on your Display Name and type “closed.”
  3. Tap on your profile photo and then tap Settings.
  4. Tap Privacy & Security. Change your search preferences to No one.
  5. Tap on your Profile photo again and remove your photo

iOS users go to your device Settings, scroll to ooVoo and be sure ooVoo Notifications are OFF
