How can I cancel my ooVoo plan so it does not renew?

You can cancel your video plan at any time and it will stop your next scheduled ooVoo payment. You will have your plan until your next scheduled billing date.

To cancel your subscription:

·        Click on the ‘File/ooVoo’ menu in your ooVoo application and select My Account>View account details

·       From the main page, Click on Cancel plan and select ‘Yes’ to confirm. 

Canceling your plan does not delete your ooVoo ID; you will have a Free plan

• Can Mac users purchase an ooVoo plan?
• Does a call to multiple people count as a single phone call or are the minutes multiplied by the number of people connected?
• Will my unused phone minutes roll over to the next month?
