Can't open ooVoo from the desktop icon after restarting the computer.

 Click on the ooVoo icon ()  located in the task bar next to the clock in the bottom right corner of your screen.

*On Windows 7 and Vista, you might also have to click on the “Show hidden icons” arrow to find the ooVoo icon. Once you see the ooVoo icon, click it and the Sign-in window will appear.

It is recommended to check the 'Sign me in automatically' check box.
